Detailed processes are available on request however processes for granting, refusing, maintaining, renewing, suspending, restoring or withdrawing certification expanding or reducing the scope of certification are strictly controlled by Verification International.

Certification Decisions are independent of the auditor to maintain impartiality. Certification decisions can be appealed if necessary.

Verification International reserves the right not to grant certification or suspend certification for reasons described in the certification agreement.

Scope changes are possible subject to clear notification and approval of Verification International.
