Q - What will Verification consist of?
A - When your initial Application has been submitted and accepted against the scheme requirements, your application will then be checked by a Verification Panel for approval. Subject to approval you will be notified and your initial Verification Assessment will be arranged. Successful assessments will result in Verification Registration.

Q - Can I use the Vi logo?
A - Yes, on promotional material and vehicles e.t.c. subject to full compliance with the scheme regulations "use of the logo".

Q - What if I decide to change Certification Body or cancel our Certification Body Registration?
A - If you change Certification Body we simply require to see evidence of the new Certification Body Registration Certificate (we do make a small admin charge to amend our records). One of the Verification Criteria is that you retain Certification Body Registration.

Q - Is this just for ISO9000?
A - No - We can verify any Management system and provide recognition for multi-system registrations and integration.

Q - Is there any on-going surveillance?
A - Yes - Once per year there will be a site visit. Six months after your site visit your Verification File will be requested for submission. Three months before your visit your file will be reviewed by your appointed Lead Assessor.
